Ribbon Connect for Microsoft Teams Direct Routing makes it easy to take the next step, adding dial tone to Teams to make and receive business phone calls, turning Teams into the office phone system. Ribbon understands that IT staff have enough on their plate, so we designed Ribbon Connect with intuitive web-based menus that make it easy to add Teams Calling to user profiles. Ribbon Connect can automatically make configuration updates in Teams, set-up Session Border Controller services and even integrate with an existing IP-PBX or Cloud UC service.

Pay per month, per-user pricing

Many organizations are just beginning their journey to Teams Calling, so they are not ready to invest in software, training and infrastructure. Ribbon Connect makes it cost-effective to start a pilot or migrate key sales staff or perhaps move one location to Teams. Ribbon Connect makes deployment frictionless. The solution is delivered on a per-user (per seat) basis. If an organization has 20 Teams Calling users and needs 20 seats, Ribbon Connect can easily accommodate. If it grows to 100 or 1,000 users, then simply add more seats of Ribbon Connect. Scale up to match increasing use or as business needs dictate. And Ribbon Connect scales down too, so it is easy to manage a seasonal workforce or a change in business direction.
